This specialist programme prepares international students who have completed senior secondary education for entry to a wide range of undergraduate degrees at Coventry University.
Successful completion of the programme guarantees you entry to a CU undergraduate degree within the world famous Faculty of Business, Environment and Society or the world class Faculty of Engineering and Computing.

We don't take any chances with your future. We know you want to progress to your degree so achieving the right IELTS score is crucial. To ensure that you get the results you need in your final IELTS exam, we assess your progress throughout the course by means of full and regular mock IELTS assessments. When you sit your final exam there won't be any surprises.
If you don't have the right IELTS score to start the Foundation (IELTS 4.5), you can begin with our English Language Preparation Programme.
University teaching and assessment
As a Foundation student at Coventry you will be fully part of the University. The course is delivered using the methods you would expect to find at a high quality modern institution:
You will be assessed through coursework, essays, reports and other structured assignments, oral examinations and unseen written tests and examinations. You will need to complete and pass all four modules to successfully complete the programme and progress to your degree choice.
