Terms and conditions

Cambridge Education Group will refund the full tuition costs of any student on a Pre-University course that does not succeed in obtaining a place at a UK university following their completion of their course at CATS and application through the UK University system.

To qualify for the guarantee, students must have met the following criteria:

• Attended a minimum of 98% of all lessons with no unauthorised absences and completed and submitted 100% of homework assignments to deadlines
• Attended all internal testing and examination sessions as required and attended all personal tutor sessions as required
• Accepted and attended all supplementary tuition sessions as notified and deemed appropriate by the College including Academic English tuition to ensure minimum IELTS entry level is achieved for entry to the relevant university programme
• Participated in all Higher Education counselling sessions provided by the College and applied for at least two Higher Education establishments as recommended by the College to the student concerned during their final academic year of study
• Signed and adhered to the Student Contract of Achievement with CATS, committing to the above standards of behaviour, attendance and performance and complied in full with the college disciplinary standards
