Application process

The online application form will take around 10 minutes to complete.

This is the first stage of your journey to a UK University or your future career!

Within 48 hours we will contact you to confirm your details and obtain any additional information. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

We will then assess your application. During this process we will begin discussions about your goals, and how we can help you achieve your ambitions. 

If you have provided us with all the information we need during Step 1, and your documents meet all of our criteria, you may be lucky enough to receive an offer of a place within 7 days. You will need to pay your deposit at this stage to confirm your place on the course.

Once you have been offered a place we will need to receive a formal acceptance from you.

You will need to pay your deposit at this stage at which point we will reserve your place on the course. The size of the deposit varies according to the centre you are joining.

If you already have a visa, or do not need a visa, you can skip this stage and go straight to Step 4.

We welcome over one thousand international students every year, most of whom we helped to obtain visas. Our dedicated team will support you at every stage of the process to make sure your application is successful.

Occasionally, a visa application is turned down. If this happens your deposit will be repaid to you in full and we will advise you of your options.

Now that your deposit is paid and your visa confirmed, we need to plan your future! We are committed to providing every student with a detailed Individual Learning Plan, to ensure that we are working together to achieve your ambitions.

By this stage we already have a good idea of your aims and aspirations. We will discuss these in more detail and make sure that your subject choices and study options are right for your success.

Close to your start date we will send you a welcome pack explaining what to do when you arrive in the UK.

We are happy to welcome you in person at the airport – simply let us know that you would like a transfer and we will make the arrangements.

Final payment

Depending on whether you have chosen to pay your fees termly, annually or annually in advance, we will invoice you at the appropriate time for the relevant payment. As always, our friendly team are on hand to answer any questions or concerns.

You will be greeted by our friendly College staff and your new classmates. During your first few days we have a carefully planned induction that will show you the College, your new home and the City around you.

Although the first few days can be daunting, within a surprisingly short time you will know your way around with confidence. We work hard to ensure you are happy and successful in your new home.
