GCSEs are the core examination taken by students at the end of the first stage of high school education in the UK, at which point they are usually 16 years old.
It is designed to provide the ideal preparation for further study at A-level or on the International Baccalaureate (IB) and then on to a university degree.
Support for younger students
At this early stage in a student's academic life, we provide extra support to ensure the welfare of our younger students is closely monitored. GCSE students have their own accommodation buildings where our friendly staff provide meals, creating a real sense of home. Find out more about student welfare.
We have a broad range of subjects available for study at GCSE.
Our dedicated academic team will help you choose the best combination of subjects to ensure your success in the future. Choosing certain combinations of subjects is especially important if you wish to pursue a particular discipline at A-level or a top UK university.
If you’re unsure which subjects to choose, please contact us – our experienced tutors are passionate about helping you choose the best course for you.
